We love staying at Moon Palace- The Grand! It is GRAND for every family member to enjoy. 7 nights was too short- we will extend our stay next time! Kids love the waterpark, activities pool and Circus restaurant. Adults love the AWE Spa getting couples massages, the Unique pool and Los Tacos!

Always top notch service, facilities and staff. Whether dining at one of the MANY great restaurants or hanging out at the pool or waterpark, we had a great time with family and friends! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Our extended family of 9 including 3 pre-teens enjoyed the sugar sand beach, great internal resort transportation, relaxing pools, water park, music and entertainment. Food and drink was wonderful and always available.

Amazing experience at the grand. I’ve never been to a resort this large and with so many amenities. Their staff were so friendly and always eager to help with whatever we needed. They even had golf carts to drive us around the resort since it was so large. The restaurants were great! You definitely can’t get bored of the food here. They also have a good size water park with a wave rider, all included. Too many good things to say, you just have to see it for yourself.
